ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner borrowed some amount from the respondents and repaid 1 / 3

the entire amount with interest. He paid Rs.4,35,000/- including interest. The fifth respondent is claiming exorbitant interest on a pro note and lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the police is harassing the petitioner. The petitioner was called for enquiry on several dates and prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that a complaint was lodged by the fifth respondent. The petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) from the fifth respondent and not repaid the same. C.S.R.No.61 of 2021 was registered against the petitioner and the same is pending. 4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to physically harass the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
