O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection for all process of Ramjan and "Jahar" and "Ipdhar" in New Maask Wakf @ Almohamathiyaa situated in Trichy town village, Trichy East Taluk, Trichy District from 28.02.2025 to 27.03.2025, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner was received and the same is under consideration for enquiry. They will complete the enquiry after hearing both parties within one week.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondents have also admitted the receipt of representation of the petitioner, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 after giving opportunities to both parties within one week from the date of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
