The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2017 which was received by them on 09.06.2017 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report thereupon.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and after enquiry, the petition was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has

not received closure report from the respondent police. 5.Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court in the manner known to law.
