JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/first respondent, challenging the order passed in G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2016 by the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that Guardian Wards Original Petition in G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2016 on the file of the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, was filed by one M.Jeganathan, who is the grandfather of the minor and the said M.Jeganathan has passed away. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
