This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide Police Protection to the Petitioner and his family members and ensure unhindered usage of their properties in Survey No.507/2, S.No.480/5, situated at Keezha Veeraraghava Puram, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the decree in O.S.No. 65 of 2008 on the file of Sub Court, Tirunelveli on 16.02.2018 considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.02.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation seeking police protection was closed after conducting an enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the main representation itself was closed after enquiry, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
