O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the proposal dated 13.08.2024 submitted by the fifth respondent school to accord approval for the petitioner's appointment as Sewing Mistress in their school with effect from her date of appointment on 09.08.2018 by converting Vocational Post of Agriculture Teacher into that of Sewing Mistress and release grant-in-aid within a time stipulated by this Court and to consider the representation dated 31.01.2024 of the petitioner.
2. During the course of hearing, Mr.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the proposal sent by the fifth respondent school has been considered and it is rejected vide order dated 21.03.2025 and he placed a copy of the said order before this Court. The same is placed on record.
3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
5. However, it is open to the fifth respondent school to challenge the rejection order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the third respondent, if so aggrieved.
There shall be no order as to costs.
