This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.02.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.141 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 294(b) and 506(2) IPC on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.
3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
