Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Notice to the third respondent is dispensed with in view of nature of the order to be passed by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The impugned notice is pursuant to the orders of this Court, dated 08.02.2018, made in W.P.(MD) No.2507 of 2018, by which the petitioner has been given an opportunity to establish his rights over the subject property and to produce the necessary documents relied upon by him. I do not find any infirmity as such in the said order. It is always open to the petitioner to produce the documents to establish his rights as well as to deny the rights of any other person over the property comprised in Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.170/1 of Viralimalai Village and on production of such documents, it is for the respondents to take note of the same for appropriate action.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
