When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a proposal has been resubmitted along with necessary documents and that the respondents will have to consider and pass appropriate orders.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted, the respondents 1 and 2 would consider such proposal and pass orders. 3.In view of the submission made on either, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
