PRAYER: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 17.09.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1099 of 2014 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli by allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed challenging the award dated 17.09.2021 in M.C.O.P.No.1099 of 2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on both sides stated that the dispute between the parties has been settled in the lok adalat and the respondent herein also received the cheque in order to settle the issue amicably.
