ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to instruct the 3rd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.10.2017 within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 18.06.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions would submit that after completing enquiry the complaint was closed and he produced the closure report before this Court.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
