ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in Crime No.15 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this court.

2.The petitioner states that he is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.15 of 2010. Though the case was registered in the year 2010, there was no progress in the investigation and hence he prayed for a direction for completion of investigation and to file a final report will be in the interest of justice.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the complaint was lodged about 7 years back, the same was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465 and 468 IPC, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:
