ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 08.07.2017 and to investigate and file a final report within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 18.06.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
