ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J. Ashok AGP, for the Petitioners and of Mr.R.Saravanan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: 1.This petition is filed to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 278 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
