ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not harass the petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry with respect to a false and frivolous complaint given by the de-facto complainant.

2.It is stated that the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 had financial dealings and that on the basis of a complaint, which was activated by the wife of the third respondent, the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint as against the petitioner was closed and that therefore no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment.
