This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.328 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Muthaiahpuram, Tuticorin District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
