O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that while she was serving as Headmistress (in-charge) in Government Adhi-Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Virudhunagar District from 24.06.2019, her name was included in the panel for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmistress in the year 2015 and due to her family circumstances, she relinquished her promotion at that time and the same was accepted by the authorities. However, due to retirement of Mr.V.Velrajan, Headmaster on 31.05.2017, she was deputed to hold the post of Headmaster incharge, by the second respondent through his proceedings dated 12.06.2017 and she was permitted to continue in the incharge post upto 12.10.2018. Though the petitioner was functioning as Headmistress for nearly 17 months, the respondent denied to pay the salary and allowances in the cadre of Headmistress. Hence, the petitioner has sent a detailed representation on 01.07.2019 and no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this present Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
