ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to instruct the 3rd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 13.10.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 18.06.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
