ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.2123 of 2020 and to file a final report in accordance with law within that period. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the third respondent is giving tv shows defaming the petitioner and her minor daughters, who are aged about 8 and 12 years. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent, but so far, no action was taken by the respondents 1 to 2 and prayed for a direction to complete the investigation within the time frame. 3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that the case in Crime No.2123 of 2020 was registered against the third respondent. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4236 of 2021 dealt with by the Cyber Crime Department and some formalities are to be done by the Department and prayed six months time to file the final report.

4.The allegation is against the third respondent is for defaming minor children. In view of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to investigate the matter and to file a report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
