This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to alter the FIR by including certain offences. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that after investigation, a closure report has been filed on 29.12.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur and RCS notice has also been sent to the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that no RCS notice has been served on the petitioner. 4.Copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition

before the appropriate Court, if he is aggrieved by the closure report filed by the respondent Police.
