04.12.2018 seeking cancellation of the gift deed dated 04.02.2017. The petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent.

3.The second respondent is the competent authority to pass orders. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall of-course hear all the interested parties before taking decision.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with this direction. No costs.
