This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to make Gazette publication in the District Gazette at Pudukkottai District as per the order in Na.Ka.No.2326667/2025/E5, dated 19.01.2026 passed by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Board, Chennai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the first respondent to make Gazette publication in the District Gazette at Pudukkottai District as per the order in Na.Ka.No.2326667/2025/E5, dated 19.01.2026 passed by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Board, Chennai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026 and dispose of the same on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
