ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the intervener and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd and 3rd respondents police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner and his family members; the presence of the petitioner and his family members is not required for any enquiry; and the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members.
