2.Till date, F.I.R has not been registered. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that since the departmental enquiry is going on against the petitioner, they have closed the enquiry. If the respondents are intending to re-open the criminal case against the petitioner, the petitioner shall be given advance notice so as to enable the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail.
