This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and along with his family members to life and limb at the hands of the respondents 3 to 9 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent without any valid reasons restraining the petitioner from removing the machines in the diary farm, thereby, he sent the representation dated 02.01.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is 2/5

under consideration, for which enquiry will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week.

4.The learned Counsel for the third respondent sought for adjournment.

5.Considering the nature of relief sought for in this petition, this Court, without adjourning the matter, is inclined to pass orders. 6.Since the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent, it is for him to conduct appropriate enquiry and dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

7.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and act in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

8.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
