ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct first respondent Police to instruct the third respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.10.2017.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the issue involved in the present complaint is now pending before the competent Court and the accused gave a statement that the disputed amount shall be paid to the petitioner, after disposal of the dispute pending in the competent Court. Therefore the said complaint was closed with an advice to the parties that they can approach the Civil Court or they have to receive the amount, after disposal of the said case pending in the competent Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not

disputed the aforesaid fact that the issue is pending before the competent Court.
