ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner has been enquired into on the day of the complaint itself and the proposed accused has given a statement that he would take his wife back and he will not indulge in the act of taking drinks. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the undertaking given by the proposed accused, he did not take his wife back and she is living separately till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In that event, it would be a further cause of action for the petitioner to prefer a complaint against the proposed

accused and in the event of a petition being preferred by the petitioner, it is open to the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
