For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.111 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Based on the confession statement of the A1, A3/petitioner was found in possession of banned lottery tickets. This petitioner is arrayed as A3 for being that distributors of the banned lottery tickets, the respondent police has registered a case under Section 353 and 506(i) of IPC and 7(3) of the lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 as against A1 and A2 and in so far as this petitioner is concerned, under Section 7(3) of the lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 for distribution of banned lottery.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is not involved in this case and he has been falsely implicated based on the confession statement of A1 and A2, was obtained by the police by force.

CRL OP(MD). No.4528 of 2020 3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state would submit that this petitioner has bad antecedent of sale banned lottery ticket. There are six previous cases against this petitioner.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has replied would state that out of seven cases five cases already been disposed of.
