Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324 and 307 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.66 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the incident in this case took place on 11.05.2014. The nature of the allegation is that there was a community clash between two communities. There are two previous cases against this petitioner. Though the name of the petitioner does not figure in the First Information Report, his name surfaced during the course of investigation.

3. Taking into consideration the sensitive nature of the allegations levelled against this petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and hence, the Criminal Original Original Petition is dismissed.
