The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to renew the petitioner's club registration bearing Reg.No. 113/2009, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner's association had submitted an application in August 2025 seeking renewal of the club registration, which is due to expire on 28.02.2026.

3. Considering the above facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
