ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Palani, to dispose the case in S.C.No.76 of 2022 pending on the file of the Respondent no.1 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the petitioner is selected by Teacher's recruitment Board. Because of pendency of the above said case, the petitioner is not in a position to attend the recruitment process.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional District Judge, Palani, is directed to dispose the case in S.C.No.76 of 2022 within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
