This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.176 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has already been completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.
