This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.12.2019, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions received from the second respondent, submitted that an enquiry has already been done based on the representation made by the petitioner and there are others, who are also claiming to be in possession and enjoyment of the property and they have also made their objections for granting patta in favour of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to convey the decision taken by the second respondent to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
