ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.734 of 2021 in HMOP.No.110 of 2021, pending on his file.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The said Interlocutory application in I.A.No.734 of 2021 filed by the petitioner for visitation right, since he did not see the child from March 2020. So, it is necessary to dispose the proceedings. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose the application in I.A.No.734 of 2021 in HMOP.No.110 of 2021 pending on his file, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
