This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.11.2017 in C.S.R.No.591 of 2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.848 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 (ii) of IPC, on 08.11.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
