Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to shift the transformer that has been installed near the petitioner's land. This Court cannot direct the respondents to locate the transformer in question at a particular site. It is a matter to be decided entirely by the respondents. However, the respondents can be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
