ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, arrested by the respondent police on 15.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 342, 506(ii) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.98 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioners. He has further submitted that the petitioners have been in judicial custody for the past 50 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over and they are waiting for the Chemical Analysis Report.

4.Considering the long period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai District and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
