ORDER

The petitioner alleges that the third and fourth respondent herein are illegally providing analogue signal in the petition mentioned area. This allegation is disputed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 28.09.2018 in this regard.

2.The second respondent is an authority who is competent to decide the issue. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall of-course put all the interested persons on notice before passing final orders.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
