ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is for issuing a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial and to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.24 of 2017 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The petitioner is the wife of first respondent and filed a petition in I.D.O.P.No.24 of 2017 before the Family Court, Madurai, under Section 10(1)(x)(i) of Indian Divorce Act for dissolution of marriage. It is stated that though the petition is filed in the year 2017, there is no progress and that therefore, suitable direction for early disposal will be in the interest of both sides. 4.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited scope of the proceedings, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Family Court, Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of I.D.O.P.No.24 of 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
