ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.137 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent to CBCID or any other competent authority.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.137 of 2019 and filed charge-sheet before the Fast Track Court, Tenkasi and the same has also been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.27 of 2022 and it is pending for trial.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
