ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that a complaint and a complaint complaint has been received in this case. The petitioner is said to be having a serious dispute with the third respondent. 3.Therefore, after hearing the learned counsel on either side, the following directions are issued:- (i)If the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, formal summons will be sent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4516 of 2020 (ii)If the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be duly intimated, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.Even though the third respondent has not come to this court by filing a petition, the very same directions will govern his case also.

5.With this directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
