PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation pending on the file of 1st respondent police Station on the complaint CSR.No.74/2022 given by the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent police station for further investigation or to any other investigating agency as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation pending on the file of 1st respondent police Station on the complaint CSR.No.74/2022 given by the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent police station for further investigation or to any other investigating agency as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Admitedly the petitioners herein are proposed accused in the complaint lodged by the second respondent. It is under enquiry in CSR No.74 of 2022, therefore before registration of the First Information Report, there is no question of investigation and as such transfer of investigation does not arise in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
