ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the undertaking affidavit filed, dated 11/03/2015, the petitioners could not pay the balance amount and he seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition and hence, the petition is dismissed. Mr.Gandhi, learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the accused have received Rs.15 lakhs in the month of December 2012 to secure MBA seat in London School of management in London, and even after the undertaking, they have been unnecessarily dragging on the case. It is further submitted that the accused have not only cheated the defactocomplainant, but they were cheated so many innocent people like the defacto complainant.
Considering the nature of allegation, made against these accused, the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City is directed to form a Special Team to secure the accused and take action as per law. sd/- 15/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
