ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who was arrested by the respondent police on 23.12.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.60 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused was in possession of 91.5 kgs of ganja.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent had already completed investigation and also laid charge sheet, which was taken on file in C.C.No.41 of 2015. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than 188 days and his bail application can be considered. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State filed a counter affidavit opposing the bail petition stating that the petitioner is involved in a case of possession of commercial quantity of ganja and he also involved in two previous cases and he was convicted. It is further contended that as per Section 37 of NDPS Act, there is a bar for granting bail to the accused.
