PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Additional District Court, Paramakudi, to dispose of the suit in A.S.No.45 of 2023 in O.S.No.38 of 2022 on its file within a time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.38 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi, has filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of A.S.No.45 of 2023, pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Paramakudi.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit was filed by the revision petitioner herein for the relief of recovery of possession and damages. The suit was decreed by the trial Court on 31.10.2023. The defendant in the suit had filed A.S.No.45 of 2023, and the same is pending before the Additional District Court, Paramakudi.

3.A perusal of the "B" diary extracts reveal that appeal is posted for arguments from 15.04.2024 onwards. In such circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the first appeal. 3.Considering the above said facts, the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.45 of 2023 on or before 31.08.2025.

4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
