O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to conduct a proper investigation in Crime No.53 of 2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that inspite of best efforts made by the Police, they are not able to find out the person, who had caused the accident and therefore, a report was filed before the concerned Court as "undetected". 3.The report that has been filed by the respondent Police cannot be taken to be a final report.

5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
