ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, arrested by the respondent police on 19.04.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 326(A) of I.P.C, in Crime No.157 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over and the injured person has been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the long period of custody and also considering the fact that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II,Dindigul, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 13/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
