ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused No.2 and he was arrested by the respondent police on 25.08.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 307, 302 IPC read with 34 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA) Act 1989 and Section 120(b) IPC, in Crime No.262 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody for more than eight months and the petitioner was already detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the said detention order was set aside by this Court in H.C.P.No.1450 of 2014 dated 25.03.2014. Further, he submitted that all the co-accused were released on bail by the Sessions Court, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2014 of 2014 Cr.M.P.No.2011 of 2014 and Cr.M.P.No.123 of 2015 dated 13.10.2014 and 07.03.2015 respectively and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than eight months, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 14/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
