ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Persecutor appearing for the respondents Police would submit that the second respondent Police has already registered an First Information Report against the accused persons, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. During the enquiry, incriminating materials has been found against the petitioner and therefore, he was called for an enquiry before the second respondent Police. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for an enquiry as and when required.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall co-operate for
