2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.119 of 2017, dated 23.11.2017, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
